Terms of Service for Guest Photo Use

By attending this event and receiving access to photographs captured by Belle Creative Co, you agree to the following terms:

1. Permitted Use

   • Guests may share the photographs on their personal social media accounts for non-commercial purposes only.

   • When posting, credit to Belle Creative Co (@belle.creative.co) must be included where possible.

2. Restrictions

   • Photographs may not be altered, edited, filtered, cropped to remove branding/watermarks, or otherwise manipulated.

   • Photographs may not be used for promotional, commercial, or advertising purposes by individuals, brands, or businesses.

   • Photographs may not be used in print, digital campaigns, websites, or marketing materials without prior written consent.

3. Licensing for Commercial Use

   • If you wish to use any photograph for promotional or business purposes, you must contact Belle Creative Co to discuss and obtain the appropriate licensing rights.

   • Licensing fees and usage terms will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

4. Ownership

   • All photographs remain the sole property and copyright of Belle Creative Co.

   • Unauthorised use outside of the permitted scope will be considered a copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

5. Agreement

   • By accessing, downloading, or sharing the photographs, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms of Service.
